Seriously, there are so many great Pediatric Emergency Medicine sites out there now. If you are interested in checking out some great cases then PEM Academy is well worth your time. The authors have a recurring case series called Hot Seat, created by Sonny Tat with Lenore Jarvis is the Lead Editor, and Emily Willner is the faculty advisor. In addition, they also have a growing list of Best Evidence resources curated by Cathy Brown.
