I’m kinda OCD – as such I like to have a persistent list across all of my devices that syncs my To Do list, and can send me reminders. I could use Apple’s reminders app – since I have an iPhone, iPad, and a MacBook along with a MacPro at work for video editing – but I’ve found that another option is more robust.

Therefore I highly recommend Wunderlist – You can check out their website here – and essentially it is a platform that allows for seamless cloud based syncing of your To Do list across multiple devices. The sync is based on your user account, and will update items including dates, reminders (push or email) and notes. You can make multiple lists, and set recurring tasks at a variety of frequencies. You can also share your To Do list on facebook and with friends – though this is a feature that I don’t find particularly valuable. It could however serve as a shared task list for project collaborators – but this is a feature of Wunderlist Pro, the paid suite.

Overall I find the app to be reliable, fast and very user friendly. It has replaced my Google tasks, and does a better job than Apple’s bare bones Reminders app. Again, check it out here –
